SpeedBull Express signs strategic partnership with brazilian postal Correios

Speedbull Express has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Correios, the Brazilian postal service. It provides a one-stop solution for B2C cross-border logistics of Chinese parcels entering Brazil. There are fixed voyages every week and EDI pre-clearance. It mainly helps Chinese cross-border sellers deliver parcels to Brazil more quickly, stably and safely, improves the buyer experience, and addresses the pain points of cross-border e-commerce sellers in exploring the Brazilian market.

Reference Delivery Time:

Zone 1: 7 - 14 working days

Zone 2: 10 - 17 working days

Zone 3: 15 - 30 working days

Billing Method and Weight Limit:

(1) Charged by the gram in RMB, with no fuel surcharge.

(2) Compare the actual weight and volumetric weight of the parcel, and the larger one will be used for calculation (Volumetric weight calculation method: length * width * height cm / 6000 = KG); The minimum chargeable weight is 50g, and the maximum weight limit is 30kg (for parcels with pure batteries, the weight limit is 5KG).

a. Unbagged items need to be calculated for volumetric weight.

b. Items packed in cartons or with a relatively bulging package inside the bag need to be calculated for volumetric weight.

Dimension Requirements:

Minimum dimension limit: 15×10×1cm

Maximum dimension limit: The sum of the length, width and height of the goods ≤ 200CM. The maximum side length cannot exceed 100CM, and the second-longest side cannot exceed 90CM.

Goods Attributes:

Items with built-in batteries, paste cosmetics, and other general goods

Declaration Instructions (subject to the destination customs in practice):

For the DDU channel, when the CIF value ≤ US$3000, the import duty is 60% + circulation tax (ICMS varies according to different states, approximately 18% - 25%); for the PRC channel, when the CIF value ≤ US$50, the import duty is 20% + 17% circulation tax. When the CIF value is > US$50 and ≤ US$3000, the import duty is 60% + 17% circulation tax.

Order Placement Requirements:

(1) The customs code, the recipient's urban area, and the tax number must be submitted.

(2) The recipient must be an individual, and the recipient's CPF tax number is required.

(3) Under-declaration is not accepted. Please declare the amount based on the platform's selling price.

Return and Redelivery:

No service for returning parcels from overseas to China is provided.

(1) If the parcel is returned to the overseas warehouse, it can be redelivered within Brazil.

(2) The redelivery period is one week. That is, within one week from the notification to the customer that the parcel has been returned, the customer can choose redelivery. If there is no reply, after more than one week, the parcel will be deemed to be destroyed by default.

Insurance Service:

Insurance service is not available for the time being.

Statement:

We will not be liable for any losses caused by force majeure factors such as strikes, wars, natural disasters, weather, aircraft mechanical failures leading to flight delays, legal restrictions, actions of customs and quarantine officials or government actions; losses caused by the customer's improper handling of the express (including but not limited to inconsistent declaration of goods, false reporting, concealment, etc.), as well as delays, damages, losses of goods due to incorrect or untimely information such as invoices and addresses provided by the customer; or delays in customs clearance, detention of parcels or even confiscation by the customs due to the recipient company's non-cooperation in customs clearance or inability to provide customs clearance documents; loss, deformation, deterioration of products inside the parcel while the outer packaging is intact due to lack of protection measures for the inner contents; and the destruction of the items sent by the customs because they do not comply with the relevant provisions of the Warsaw Convention and cannot be transported safely and legally (such as animals, seeds, books, cash, guns, ammunition, precious metals, prohibited drugs, inflammable and explosive items, etc.).
